Hi I am going to apply for 457 australian visa by help of my owner. I did my study in Australia and currently i m working in restaurant if I still need tra for 457 visa|||Because you did your study in Australia, you don;t necessarily need TRA skills assessment but DIAC may still require that you undergo assessment as your occupation is one in which even Australian qualifications have been shown to be below standard in some cases. The likelihood of them requiring skills assessment will depend on the circumstances of your training.
