I am moving from NC to Knoxville, TN?

Can anyone give me information on Knoxville such as good areas to live in zip codes would help? Also, where are some good places that i can take my daughter? Are there any good head starts or preschools that you can recommend? How much is rent there, and are there alot of activities and things for kids to do?
