Need a long weekend away with my GF. Anyone got any recommendation? (for October)?

Need to get away with the missus. Neither of us drive so we are lookin for train or coach travel.No idea where to go as we want to go away in Mid October (cant get no time off work until then).Anyone with any suggestion?|||a city break somewhere so if the weather;s bad you can do indoors things.it would prob be almost as cheap to get a flight somewhere, maybe like paris? much more romantic than UK, plenty to do if it;s raining, and doesn;t take long to get there.|||Paris. You can get the euro star if you live in the UK. Paris is known for its romantic setting and women love it. You can get hotels last minute really cheap and especially in october its way cheaper. But anywhere in France is good :)
