How Old Have to be Fly Alone ?

Hi all , My brother is 14 yearsold and we;re fromt Turkey , he wants to fly to moscow , our uncle lives there , Can he fly alone ? please answer me , :) and what he needs to travel , he got a pasport and visa , thankss :) Can he fly alone ?|||i think any age. ur just classified as an unaccompanied minor|||Ya i dont see why not I flew to England by my self.|||no one can fly alone, they need a pilot or a copilot|||I don;t believe so. The first time I could fly alone was when I was 16 - when I was 14 we had to pay for me to be escorted through every airport. It was such a pain. But then again I;m from the USA so the regulations might differ? But I don;t believe they do.|||I was 16 on my first flight. I found everything just fine. I have flown to Florida many of times and have seen kids on there ages 10 and up on there alone! They usually have them sit by a couple if its a girl and boys with men or a couple as well! Then the pilot assist them on and off the plane!He will be consider a minor flying!He will need a passport and money. He will just need to tell the pilot he is flying alone!|||once when traveling to Rome I had a co-passenger 9-years old. The child was well taken care of by the stewardess.
