Are French women still considered beautiful?

There are a lot of beautiful French women. Of course French women have been known to be beautiful, elegant and stylish. However, I was reading that this isn;t really the case anymore. And that the younger generation of French girls aren;t really like this anymore.Is this really true? Are Fench women (younger generation) stll considered to fit the stereotype of being beautiful and classy? Or does the younger generation of French girls not fit the stereotype anymore?
