Is it legal to dance in a fountain in Paris, Rome or London?

I'm going to these three places, could I get in serious trouble for dancing/swimming in the fountains?|||It's illegal to dance, swim or frolic in the fountains of all those cities and you can be fined if caught. However, I have seen people wading through London fountains during a heatwave.
