Laser Restrictions for US?

I am thinking of buying a 200mW green laser pointer, I am currently living in the US. Does anyone know of any regulations for shipping lasers to the US that are over 5mW? would this laser be accepted under US customs?|||The rules depend on where you live like I;m in Nyc I can;t get one since its in the metro area and might be used as a weapon or somethin nuts but most other places can get it there were even site like wickedlasers.com I think google it man and then ship me one I want one too! Haha (I was serious)
