Can we cancel our booking?

we have to cancel our booking dated aug.8.because of personal reason.can we have refunds for the tickets..we used credit card for the payments,thanks and more power..|||Depend on what type of tickets or booking you have made? if you have book non-refundable or non-flexible tickets, you are probably not entitled to a refund. Some airlines will offer to change the date if you are able to travel later, otherwise you could simply request a refund, and see what they say, look at the terms and conditions.
