Ebay: Shipping to Canada from the US?

I;ve been looking at some purses on ebay.ca. Most of the sellers of the ones i am interested in are from the states. I was wondering about Duty/Customs fees for them(Ill aim a bit high and say sale price of about $200) ?Do they vary if its used or new? What about the best way to ship them?|||Keep shopping.
