RRT 11-080 for 2011 Journey/Charger/300

2011 Dodge Journey/Charger/Chrysler 300 Reponse Transmittal (RRT) 11-080 has been released for customers who have noticed their clock keeps losing sound or there is a popping noise geing from the speakers. The RRT posted below explains the symptoms and repair procedures sent out to all the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep Dealerships in the U.S. If you are experiencing similar problems, we regemend contacting your local dealer to see if you qualify for a free repair under this RRT's guidelines. OVERVIEW:
This Bulletin involves removing and replacing the Telematics Gateway (TGW) / Radio.

NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built before May 13, 2011 (MDH 0513XX) equipped with a UCONNECT TOUCH 4.3S CD/MP3/SAT (sales code REB) or a UCONNECT TOUCH 4.3 CD/MP3 (sales code RHA).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The radio's clock loses time and/or the audio system exhibits a popping sound.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the vehicles VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair.
NOTE: Only perform the repair if the VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list.
