bad product but good customer service
I bought a tablet from this seller- the product was gepletely dissatisfactory and the return policy said that the buyer should pay for the return shipping fees. I've contacted them and they were really prompt, I've got the return shipping label (I didn't have to pay, which was fair) and I got my money back really quick. Overall, I was satisfied with their customer service but I believe they should work more on the merchandises quality...
